Synopsis
David Arthur Powell, un architecte renommé, est chargé de construire un important barrage à Rutland, dans le Montana. Pourtant, contre toute attente, ce dernier est licencié et prié de quitter la ville par son supérieur, avant même que les travaux soient terminés. Mais lorsqu'une pluie torrentielle s'abat sur la région, David doit sauver à tout prix les habitants de Rutland.
