Synopsis
Depuis quelques semaines, les habitants de la petite région du Tweed au Canada vivent dans la terreur : un homme qui s'introduisait dans des maisons pour y dérober des sous-vêtements, vient de commettre plusieurs meutres, précédés de viols. L'enquête est alors confiée à la très jeune inspectrice locale, l'agent Dobson. Celle-ci va devoir faire ses preuves et mettre tout en oeuvre pour retrouver un assassin en apparence insaisissable...
