Synopsis
Depuis sa rupture avec Elisabeth, John mène une vie de vagabond d'hôtels en hôtels. A New York, il reçoit mystérieusement le catalogue d'une vente aux enchères ayant lieu a Paris, dans lequel il reconnait les tableaux appartenant à Elisabeth. Pendant la vente, il rencontre Lea, amie d'Elisabeth. Lea va l'entrainer dans un jeu ambigu et dangereux avec la complicité de sa jeune assistante, Claire.
